Account & sign-in
Passwords, signing out, and deleting your account.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password?, enter your
campus email and we'll send you a code. Enter it with your new password, then sign in.
For security, the app says the same thing whether or not the address has an account.
Not in the app — your account belongs to the campus address you signed up with.
If you need it changed, write to us from that
address if you still can.
Open Settings and tap Sign out.
Open Settings, tap Delete account and confirm with
your password. That removes your profile, photos, matches and messages for good — it
can't be undone. Your photos are removed from storage within minutes.
Can't get into the app? Write to us from the
address on the account, ask for it to be deleted, and a person will do it.
The app asks once, while you set up. To change your mind later, open the iPhone's
Settings app, scroll to Sarx, and tap
Notifications.
Sign in again with your campus email and password. If it keeps happening, update
to the latest version from the App Store, and if that doesn't fix it,
tell us which iPhone and which version of the app
you're on.
Yes — within 30 days. Write to us from the
address on the account and say why you think the decision was wrong. We aim to answer
within seven days. Removals for child sexual abuse material can't be appealed.
