What does someone I match with see about me?
Your first name, your age, your photos and the answers you wrote. Never your last name, your email address, your ID, or where you are.
Privacy & data
What Sarx keeps, and asking about yours.
Does Sarx keep my location?
Only roughly. One fix is turned into an area about a kilometre across, and the exact coordinates aren't stored. Turning off Show me on Discover clears even that.
Can I get a copy of my data, or have it corrected?
Yes. Write to us from the address on your account and say what you need. A person handles every request.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Sarx email. To have your signup removed altogether, ask us and we delete it.
Where's the privacy policy?
At sarx.link/privacy, with the terms at sarx.link/terms.
Didn't answer it?
Write to us. A person reads every request and replies to the address you give.
